A tragic incident unfolded this morning in the Dublin Crescent area of Morningside, where a man fell to his death while working on a roof.
KZNVIP Medics were dispatched to the scene, where it is believed the private contractor was working on the roof when he stepped on an unsupported surface, causing him to fall approximately 8 to 10 metres.
Upon the arrival of KZNVIP Medics and Life Response, the man sadly showed no signs of life and was declared deceased at the scene.
All emergency services were in attendance to manage the situation.
Further investigations are expected to determine the exact circumstances leading to this fatal accident.
